Checklists, calculators, and a glossary — the reference layer behind every guide in this hub.

Before you act on anything in this guide: all buyers and sellers must retain a licensed Bahamian attorney for legal, title, and conveyancing advice. This page is general information only — it is not a substitute for individual legal, tax, or immigration advice from a qualified Bahamian professional.

Checklists

Downloadable versions of these checklists are in development. Contact SeaStone directly and we will send the current version for your situation.

Calculators

Every calculator, once published, will show its assumptions, date-stamp any tax/fee inputs, allow you to override them, and state clearly that results are estimates only — not legal, tax, investment, or lending advice.
