SeaStone Business Centre — Redevelopment Opportunity

A redevelopment concept for an existing Baillou Hill Road commercial building, repositioned into an 18-suite professional and retail centre with a modernized roofline, four entrances, a shared conference room, and on-site parking for 40 vehicles. Construction is planned in five phases so existing tenants can remain operating throughout.
